The staff at Wuzhen Guyun Qianxun Guest House were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed chatting with them. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the west part of Wuzhen. The hotel also provided a free pickup and drop-off service from the Wuzhen bus station, which was convenient. On my last day, they even offered me fresh fruit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay at a nearby hotel in a charming water village. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the village, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the free pickup and drop-off at the local bus station. the hotel provided us with fresh fruit daily, a nice touch.
The room was a bit dated and had a damp, musty smell. the bedding was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not well-maintained.

During my recent business trip, I found the location of the hotel to be incredibly convenient and the staff to be friendly and helpful with recommendations. The hotel is in close proximity to key locations, such as restaurants and convenience stores. It was also lovely to have a toiletry set provided with all the essentials needed.
